“I remember the Betty & Barney Hill incident vividly, all the press, the interviews, and the subsequent television MOW, the book rights which were bought by James Earl Jones (who played Barney in the movie).

This book authored by Stanton Friedman and Kathleen Marden, Betty Hill’s niece, was in 2007.

I found the book to be intriguing, almost overly methodical in presenting local, Air Force reports, hypnosis logs, contradictions of various professionals as to what they believed or not and why, efforts to suppress the abduction claim, efforts to support it. All-in-all, this was an excellent read.

I’ve read many books on the subject, and usually try to read those publications which are thorough, and as objective as possible. I heard an interview with Stan Friedman and Kathy Marden which aroused my curiosity.

The more our society’s technological advances expand, our satellites gather more information which is publicly accessible or is exposed as a result of various leaks from private groups, and our ventures into space open more, the more, I believe, that we are going to learn about the enormity of our universe. Part and parcel to that are the undeniable and unavoidable questions, “Are there other civilizations out there? Are we alone?” Recently, the Hubble Telescope has recorded images of the “Hubble Ultra Deep Field” in the constellation of Formax where there are over 100,000 galaxies (like our own Milky Way) in a very small slice of the night sky. Each one of these galaxies has millions of star systems, of which many probably contain planets and solar systems like our own. This is science, not science fiction.

To anyone who is interested in the possibility of life elsewhere due to scientific advancement and discovery, the UFO phenomena, whether you believe in it, or you are “sitting on the proverbial fence,” I strongly encourage you to read this book.

I finished the motion picture screenplay for “The Ascendancy” two weeks ago. My attorney sent it out to major producers over the last week. A gifted, graphic artist Jesse Randall drew this graphic, which encapsulates the magic and awe of “The Ascendancy” story.

Yesterday, I returned from a trip to Las Vegas where I had a nearly three-hour past life regression session with Dr. Charles Tramont, and later that evening I was a guest at his and his wife Nancy’s home. It turned out to be a five-hour dinner and conversation. It was deep connection with two remarkable people, Chuck (as he asked me to call him) and his wife Nancy. Never before have I felt such profound and deep connection with people (other than my wife Judy), as if everything which I have grown to believe in the deep quiet recesses of my heart and soul were echoed and shared by Chuck and Nancy. I felt home.

Dr. Charles Tramont (Chuck) has written a brilliant, ground-breaking book entitled From Birth to Rebirth: Gnostic Healing for the 21st Century.

I first heard Dr. Tramont on Coast-to-Coast on December 9, 2009 and was subsequently drawn to contact him. From there, I arranged the January 21, 2010 meeting with him. The past-life regression via hypnosis reinforced many intuitions and meditative experiences, which I had about my past lives, but more importantly filled in and confirmed some missing pieces and connectors. The session gave me clarity. Dr. Tramont is brilliant and creative, his methodology ground-breaking and courageous. My session with him was as compelling (albeit more so since it was deeply personal) as reading his book From Birth to Rebirth: Gnostic Healing for the 21st Century. The Sunday before January 17, 2010, I called Dr. Tramont to confirm the upcoming Thursday’s session. During the twenty-minute conversation, we both made a significant and unusual connection, and he asked me to join him and his wife Nancy for dinner, a most unusual occurrence. I was pleased about the dinner invitation, but also surprised.

At dinner that night, we talked about everything. It was a seamless five hours of sharing ideas, experiences, and philosophies. Dr. Charles Tramont (Chuck) and his wife Nancy are so-incredibly connected to each other. I found them to be kind, intelligent, open, aware, courageous, and genuine. For me, it was a profound life-changing dinner. I am deeply am grateful for this remarkable re-connection.

You won’t believe what you see. I am constantly in awe (with a spiritual reverence) at the beauty of our world, i.e.  the mathematics, the architecture of simplest life that is all around us, everywhere. Today’s technology allows us to see the simplest things in our world (our universe) such as a water drop. Last night, Judy and I saw AVATAR in 3D. This film is a milestone in cinema. Though I have no words to adequately describe my experience, I will try here. Great art changes the person who experiences it, or the group who experiences the art collectively by seeing, reading, hearing or feeling a new art form. It changes how you view the world, how you feel about the world, what you think about it. It hands you a vision, a freshness that asks you: NOT “Do you see what I see? Do you hear what I hear” BUT, “Can you see what I see? Can you hear what I hear? Can you think what I think?”

In historical terms, AVATAR will rank up there with pivotal cinematic thresholds, the first film ever made, first “talkie” sound film,  first FX film, first color film, first film with digital CGI technology … you get the picture. But AVATAR is far more than that. It has a depth and resonance so crucial to the times in which we live, when we are on the brink of possible worldwide extinction and forced to ask profoundly significant questions, the answers to which will affect our survival and connections in the universe.

AVATAR in 3D allows you to live in this incredible visceral and sensory world that is spiritual, ties to indigenous peoples and profoundly interconnected nature that we in the 21st Century have lost, and to a new philosophy of life that unifies people and nature (in the broadest sense of the word). It is a blend of a revolutionary cinematic technology and ancient spiritual wisdom passed on over thousands of years from indigenous cultures (Maya, Hopi, Lakota Sioux, Aborigines, Inca, Navajo…) who have left a wealth of information about how the very soul of this massive universe works, how EVERYTHING on the most basic level is connected. The alien characters in AVATAR, who live in the world Pandora, each have radiant dots on their faces. The dots look like stars. Each character has a different star mapping, yet they are united by the stars that are part of who they are, just as we are an integral part of the night sky and stars that shine above us, whether we are aware of it or not.

All of the recent activity, discussions and the current release of government classified UFO sightings by England, France and many other countries, prompted me to review an official report, which I made to a UFO reporting agency on November 30, 1994 regarding a UFO, which I spotted (about seven days before) 15 years ago on November 24, 1994, while traveling East at 6:45 a.m. on Route 60 in a somewhat rural area on my way to skydive at Perris Valley Skydive Center in Riverside, California.

On December 9, 2009, NASA will launch a remarkable satellite called W.I.S.E. (Wide-Field Infrared Survey Explorer) to map the entire sky. This project has been years in the making, and is on the cutting-edge of astronomical research. In 2003, geneticists and researchers announced the complete mapping of the entire human genome, the consequences of which were and will be enormous. The fruits of this December 9, 2009 launch of W.I.S.E. will be of equal significance. We are living in the most exciting time imaginable, not just because of the daily political & social wranglings for power and meaning around the globe, in the “light of the Mayan Prophecies and other prophecies,” but also, and in many ways more significantly, because of the incredible advances in science from digital technologies to human biology to astronomical discoveries of our origins and dark matter of the universe. We can only stand in awe at what is unfolding before us. And we are part of it.

My Swiss Army wristwatch stopped today at 10:27 a.m. for no reason. Seven minutes before at 10:20 a.m., I had just finished a powerful screenplay called “SIXTY-THREE” that is about baseball, miracles, myth and mysticism. It goes to my agent Joel Gotler next Monday. As the screenplay was printing, I noticed two spacing and wording mistakes, one of page 133 and one on page 140, the the very last page, which is a powerful white letters over black screen epilogue to the story that concerns the main character Jon Winters and a team. I made those changes at 10:24 (my Final Draft program indicated) at 10:24 a.m.

When I went to get dressed to go to physical therapy for my knee, I reached for my watch and noticed that the time on it has stopped at 10:27 a.m. I knew that I was running late, so how could it be 10:27 a.m.? I was taken aback by this 17 minute discrepancy (I checked the time on my cell phone; it was 10:44 a.m.). It felt weird. It stopped me “in my tracks” so to speak. My watch had been cleaned, oiled, and given a new two year battery just seven months ago, and it has run flawlessly since I took it to the watchmaker. I pulled out the winder on my wristwatch and re-set it to the correct time, 10:44 a.m. Nothing was wrong. It runs perfectly. I sat down on the couch and sent a text to my wife Judy (“My watch stopped inexplicably at 10:27 a.m. R U okay?”) asking her if she was okay? She called two minutes later whispering saying that she was alright. She was at a conference and there were presentations being given.

I do know from speaking with people and reading much that sometimes it happens that watches and clocks (personal items) stop when someone near you dies.
